Bibol works with a small Vietnamese workshop that has practiced bamboo spinning since 2007, shaping tableware and accessories from bamboo trimmings that would otherwise go to waste. The finishes use only water, natural pigments, tree resin, and marble powder - no solvents.

The artisans are paid fair wages and receive healthcare, and the workshop manager trained with Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation to limit the workshop's environmental impact. It's traditional craft made with natural materials and a light footprint.
