Two dinner napkins in hand-spun Ethiopian cotton, in bronze or stone.
The dots are made with a pick-up technique, where the weaver separates the warp threads by hand and lifts each one into the cloth as she works. The lines running between them are woven with extra-thick hand-spun cotton, and that is where the weight and the texture come from.
At 20 inches square these are full dinner napkins, big enough to sit across a lap properly. They soften with every wash.

Woven in a Fair Trade workshop in Ethiopia that has been woman-owned for over twenty years - a guaranteed member of the World Fair Trade Organization and a verified social enterprise. Hundreds of artisans are employed there at equitable pay.
100% natural fiber. Handwoven, so weave tension and color depth vary a little between napkins, including the two in your set. Made in Ethiopia.
