An ivory throw handwoven from a blend of merino wool and llama fiber, finished with long hand-knotted fringe. The twill weave gives it a fine, even texture, and the plain warm-white color sits quietly on a sofa, a reading chair or the foot of the bed.
Merino is among the finest grades of sheep's wool. Blended with llama fiber, it makes a throw that drapes softly and feels smooth rather than coarse.
It comes in two sizes. The throw covers one person on the sofa; the blanket size adds 14 inches of length for the bed.
- Size - throw 51 x 71 inches or blanket 51 x 85 inches, plus about 8 inches of fringe
- Fiber - merino wool and llama fiber blend
- Weave - twill, handwoven, with hand-knotted fringe
- Care - spot clean, dry clean when needed
Handwoven on traditional looms in Patagonia, and packed in a linen keepsake bag, so it arrives ready to give. Because it is made by hand, the weave varies a little from piece to piece.

Nature's Way is how I decide what earns a place in the shop. Six things, and every one of them is checkable on the product page above.
- Natural Materials, named — I state the actual material, milulu grass, pure alpaca fiber, etc. rather than a vague adjective.
- Woven by hand — not pressed, molded, or machine-made.
- A named place — the region it was made in, taken from the maker's own labelling.
- Bought outright — I own what I sell and pack it myself. Nothing here is drop-shipped.
- Small quantities — often a single piece per size, because that is how it arrives.
- No claim I cannot show you — if I cannot verify it, it does not go on the page.
